I'M TRIGGERED!

Episode 30: We Will Save the Goblin Line Cooks- The Bear (with guest Kelly Sundburg)

Megan O'Laughlin, Jess Sprengle Season 2 Episode 30

We're back after a lil summer break! What a thrill to have author Kelly Sundburg join us to talk about about her essay collection The Answer is In the Wound: Trauma, Rage, and Alchemy, out on Aug 26 with Grove Atlantic. Kelly hangs out to talk with us about Season 4, Episode 7 of The Bear, simply entitled "Bears." A fitting bookend to the previously covered episode "Fishes," "Bears" is all sweetness and repair after the trauma we all suffered from Fishes. We discuss Richy's character arc and our collective attraction to goblin line cooks, as well as mental health topics of family estrangement and repair.
