I'M TRIGGERED!

Episode 29: Even Keanu Cannot Save This- To The Bone

Megan O'Laughlin, Jess Sprengle Season 2 Episode 3

Let's get complaining! With a distinct lack of accurate and helpful information on eating disorders and their respective treatments, the 2017 film "To the Bone" manages to further add to stereotypes and misconceptions. As your loyal hosts, we will endure our intense annoyance to tell you all about this crap so you don't have to deal with it. Despite Keanu's lovely presence, this movie earns a couple of middle fingers from us, but we enjoyed talking about it! We get into realities of EDs, what treatment is really like, and why we want to kick this film off of Netflix's menu forever and ever. Listeners, be mindful about watching this film because of its extremely triggering ED-related content.
